Discount Tire

Great service, they were very quick, finishing my car in under 30 mins. They also offer great warranty and return policy. All of the guys that helped me were very understanding and they made sure I understood every part of the process.

English (Google Review) I had a very disappointing experience at Discount Tire in Hanover Park. I arrived around 2:30 PM on Friday, about two and a half hours before closing. I chose my tires, agreed on the price, and completed everything with the employee. Before leaving my car, I specifically explained that I needed the work finished by 4:30 PM because I had an important appointment at 5:00 PM that I could not miss. The employee assured me that it would be fine. I waited until 4:30 PM, but my vehicle had not even been brought into the shop—it was still sitting outside. I waited another 15 minutes, hoping they would at least get started since I had already been there for two hours. When I finally asked the same employee for an update, he asked, “What time was your appointment?” I reminded him that I had told him about my 5:00 PM appointment before leaving the car. His response was simply, “Sorry, we won’t be able to finish it.” What disappointed me most was not the delay itself, but the complete lack of respect for my time. If they knew they couldn’t complete the job on time, they should have told me from the beginning instead of having me wait for more than two hours. My tim

We purchased our new tires for our Jeep from Discount Tire almost a year ago and were so pleased with the service that we came back! This time, they worked with us to mount and balance a new set of wheels we found online onto those existing tires. The team did a fantastic job, and the service was excellent once again. Highly recommend!

I bought my tires here several months ago. That transaction went fine. I came in today just to get the tires checked for tread and Air just to prepare for the weekend. When the guy walked up, he immediately said hey you know you have an exhaust leak. Interestingly enough, I had been hearing a sound for the last couple weeks and I didn’t know what it was so I was gonna have it looked at soon at my dealership. He then recommended a place up the street where they do pretty good work for exhaust fairly inexpensive. I immediately went there to find out that the discount tire employee I had spoken with was correct about the problem and correct about the pricing over at this other business. I cannot say how much I appreciate that a business that I go to has knowledgeable employees who can be this helpful. I will definitely be recommending this shop to people that I know going forward.

I needed new tires for my car and Michael provided excellent service and he even suggested that they offer mobile service, that was definitely helpful. Alan the installer was right on time and was a pleasure to work with. This is the third time I have used Discount tire and they are excellent to work with. Highly recommend this business.
